Poster Instructions

Posters will be exhibited for the duration of the Congress and this will be throughout the venue.

Posters are categorised by topic and we would like poster presenters to stand by your poster at the times noted below.  This allows for delegates to ask any questions direct to poster presenters:

If you are a presenting a poster, please ensure that you poster is erected on the board corresponding to your allocated poster number from 09:00 – 19:00 on Monday 4 September 2017.  Materials to fix your poster in its allotted space will be provided; do not use pins or double sided tape.

Space available for your poster will be 946mm wide x 2340mm height (portrait format) - the display should not exceed these dimensions.

The text of the poster should be concise and easily read at a distance of 2 metres. Diagrams should be simple and we recommend lettering of 6mm high or greater. A brief statement of the aims of the research and its results should be included in a prominent position.

Presenters are responsible for the removal for their posters between the times of 12:30 and 13:30 on Friday 8 September 2017.
Posters not removed by the specified time will be removed and discarded by conference staff.  WVPA 2017 cannot accept liability for lost or damaged posters. WVPA 2017 will not mail posters to authors after the congress.
